Ronald Yoder holds a Master’s Degree in Public and International Affairs (MPIA).  He has 45 years experience administering and consulting in the fields of international economic and social development and mission with 25 faith based not-for-profit organizations in North America, Africa, Asia and the Middle East.

His professional objective is to develop the capacity of organizations, professional managers and leaders and communities to achieve their aspirations and goals and improve their performance.  He retired as President/CEO of Virginia Mennonite Retirement Community (www.vmrc.org) where he provided leadership to retirement housing, assisted living, nursing care, home health and wellness programs for 750 residents in seven separate housing complexes with an annual operating budget of $26,000,000 and 400 employees.  He also planned and managed a health conference for leaders of Anabaptist health organizations in conjunction with the 2015 Mennonite World Conference Assembly held in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. Currently, he is the International Program Advisor to Mennonite Health Services on its global efforts to promote and facilitate the creation of health partnerships and joint ventures with Anabaptist health organizations in Latin America, Asia, Europe and Africa.
